Transparency – We don’t do everything well, but we do some things VERY, VERY well. If it’s not our forte’ we’ll refer you to someone else who IS good at that. 

Humility – We don’t know everything. We welcome the opportunity to learn from others. If you have feedback for us, please let us know! 

Candor – You sure can’t fix something if you don’t know how it is perceived. We will call things out when we see them. That style may not be right for everyone, but if you want to improve, we’ll be happy to share our findings & observations. We aren’t going to hold back. Change is uncomfortable, but failure is much more painful . 

The reason many new managers fail is because they were never properly trained. Many organizations don't have the bandwidth, resources, or expertise to properly develop their new managers. That creates a downstream issue with employee retention and employee engagement. Training and interactive role play with new managers on best practices and helping them know the difference between managing & leading, will benefit their teams, & the organization. This is what we do best and we have the time to dedicate to your leaders.

Our style may not suit everyone. We are an “in your face” and “be accountable” kind of coaching service.
